My story

At first, I was very scared. It's no exaggeration to say that my legs were shaking as I sat inside the zorb ball. But I forced myself to hold back my fear. As the zorb ball tumbled downwards, I screamed the whole time. It wasn't until I rolled with the zorb ball to the end that I was surprised to find that I had miraculously completed it. I then experienced it a second time and was not so scared, the weightlessness and excitement really helped me to relax.

Subsequently, whenever I encountered a difficult situation, I would think of this experience and tell myself, "I dared to play with such an exciting zorb ball, how could I syntactically overcome a difficult situation at this point?
