How Many Kinds Of Air Tracks Are There? (Part 1)

I'm not going to lie, I was stunned when I saw the pictures below. On the one hand, the beauty in the picture looks really stunning doing yoga. Probably because she has been doing yoga for a long time, she has a great body, straight thighs and a beautiful posture. On the other hand, the mat is so amazing. It was able to support this beautiful lady in her yoga workout on the water.

Later, I started to learn about this mat and learnt that it is an air tumble track because I want to be a beautiful woman like her. Let me share with you what I have learnt.

What is the air tumble track?

The air tumble track is actually a type of gymnastic mat, but it has a unique advantage over traditional yoga mats, gymnastic mats and foam mats in that it is an inflatable mat. So, when the air tumble track has no air inside, it can be folded into a small object that you can carry in your hand or put in the boot, making it very easy to take outdoors and, of course, to use at home. It is also softer and more flexible than traditional mats.

There are many different types of the air tumble track and today I would like to share them with you.

Type 1: Home air track

The tumble track pictured here is 3 metres long, 1 metre wide and 0.1 metres thick. In other words, a 0.1m thick mat is a home version of an inflatable mat. As for the length of the mat, it is usually 3 metres. However, you can choose a longer mat, 4m, 5m, 6m or even 10m, depending on your needs and the space available in your home.
