3. Body mass and soft row clips

Problems: Poor body mass, falling back, etc.

Exercise method: Use the game of "not falling over" and let students roll on the mat repeatedly to experience the feeling of the back of the head, shoulders, back, waist and hips on the mat in turn.

Note: As there is no kinetic energy for stomping on the ground, the teacher should prompt during the exercise: when rolling forward, the head should be lowered forward to promote rolling. If the process, students are not very clear on the force parts, you can put a soft volleyball between the student's thighs and chest clamping, while lowering the head, encourage students to squash it.


4、Pushing hands and collecting legs

Problems: weak pushing hands and untimely collection of legs, resulting in unrounded rolling and affecting squatting posture.

Exercise method: a group of two students, one student lying on his back, another student kneeling in front of his head. The supine student tucks and lifts their legs to bring their toes back towards their head, while the other student grabs their toes with both hands.

Note: Supine students need to move their cervical vertebrae well and repeat the exercise several times.


5. Stirrups

Problems: Insufficient stirrups, resulting in insufficient rolling kinetic energy.
Exercise method: 1. Two small mats are placed vertically overlapping each other and the height difference is used to practice forward rolls from low to high to improve the power of the stirrups.
2、Top shoulder stirrup exercise: a group of two, one student squatting, another student kneeling in front, hands on top of the shoulders of the student in front. At this point the squatting student stretches hard, lowers his head and leans forward until his legs are straight.
