What To Do After Receiving Your Zorb Ball

Here, we'll outline some brief guidelines to ensure that you operate your Zorb safely and that it is user-friendly. These guidelines can be aligned with your own policies and procedures.  Remember, inflatable products, whether Zorb or Water Walker, should be operated by competent people.

Unpacking  

Once users are in a ZORb-like area, they must be protected by any applicable seatbelt system (depending on the product model). Any inflatable handles, especially human hamster ball and water balloons, are for holding position and should not be used to manipulate Zorb balls.

Be careful because you are opening an inflatable item, so use the right tools. Do not drag the inflator, otherwise there is a risk of friction burning holes. Never open a large inflatable by yourself and always get an assistant. Fully unfold/roll the inflatable before inflating.  

Operation  

Once the Zorb ball is inflated and the user is safely inside, the operator can release the Zorb for use downhill or on flat ground. The plug is for the safety of the user, ensuring that they cannot unwillingly exit Zorb, plus it retains the water placed inside to maximize the effect of the event and experience  

Body bumper  

Inflatable body bumpers/body Zorbs are really simple. Unpack, unfold, unscrew bonnet, connect blower to valve, turn blower on. Once fully inflated, remove blower from valve, replace valve cap, place body bumper/body Zorb on user's head, adjust seat belt as needed, and leave.
