What Are Air Tracks Used For? (Part 2)

In the previous article we have explained that the air track mat pictured below is perfect for home use as it is an inflatable mat and does not take up much space. And we started to share one of its uses, which is to protect children when they are practising Taekwondo.
In fact, the air track is really soft and flexible, making it perfect for taekwondo training. But do you think that's all it can be used for? No, it has many more functions. I'm going to go on to tell you all about it.

Use 2: Gymnastics

Although the mat in the picture looks beautiful and its inflatable nature makes it more versatile than other traditional gymnastic mats, it is still a gymnastic mat at the end of the day. The original function of the mat is undoubtedly to provide a place to train gymnastics and to avoid direct contact with the hard floor during training. 3 metres in length and 1 metre in width is more than enough to support your gymnastics training. The height of the mat in the picture is 0.1m, if you find it too thin you can have a thicker one made to order, for example 0.2m.

Use 3: Dance practice
In China, if you have just finished your college entrance exams and are about to enter university, perhaps you would like to learn a talent, such as dancing. If you intend to learn to dance, there are many instructional videos available online and you can learn entirely on your own at home. And at home, if you opt for a traditional mat, how to store it is a problem. If you choose the air track mat, it won't take up much space at all.
