Wow! A Special Winter Activity With My Girlfriend In Winter! (Part 1)

My girlfriend and I have been in a relationship for six years. We both love winter because when we were kids there was no snow in our city. Now, we work in a northern city and it snows every winter. We like to build snowmen and have snowball fights in the snow. I just learned to ski last year and although it is cold in winter, we all get a lot of fun out of it.

This year, I plan to bring my girlfriend a new experience, just as she taught me to ski last year, but I think my one is more fun and exciting and I'm sure she will enjoy it, so let's find out.

What is my new activity?

The picture above is a picture I found from Kameymall to give you a more visual illustration of the new activity I have arranged. The first thing you'll notice when you see this picture is that you'll immediately be drawn to the huge balloon in the very middle, because it's really big. There are two people inside the ball, but they look so small in comparison to it. Moreover, they are at this very moment on a slope piled with snow. It was like they were tumbling down the slope with the huge ball. It was really exciting. So I wanted to experience this with my girlfriend too, we are both adventurous people after all. So I got to know the game better.

Learning about snow zorbing
Gradually, I learnt that the giant double transparent plastic ball in the picture was the zorb ball, which was first introduced in New Zealand. Interestingly enough, this ball was originally designed to be played at sea. However, because it was difficult to manoeuvre at sea and could be dangerous for people, it was gradually adapted for use on slopes, snow, grass, hills and even in pools. Rolling in the snow is one of the modern ways of playing. Snow zorbing is actually the process of rolling down a slope with the zorb ball as we have just described, and it gives the participants a great sense of excitement and weightlessness.

Girlfriend's fears
My girlfriend was very worried when she found out that I wanted to take her on such an exciting ride. She wasn't worried that she wouldn't be able to handle the thrill and weightlessness, but that she didn't have confidence in the zorb ball.
She asked me if the zorb ball would break during the tumbling process, if it would be able to withstand cold temperatures, etc. Do you want to know the answers to these questions?
