Wow! What A Special Air Track Activity Area For Kids! (Part 1)

Do you feel that your child is in a healthy state of life? For example, does he spend too much time looking at his mobile phone? Is he overly addicted to TV programmes? The truth is that excessive use of electronics is not good for children, so I created an activity area in my home for my children. Now, three years have passed and I feel that my move has had a relatively good effect. My children have formed the habit of loving sports.

What did I use to lay out a special activity area?

The picture above shows a 4m long, 4m wide and 0.2m thick inflatable gymnastic mat, known as an air tumble track.

Why did I choose such a mat? First of all, don't look at how large this mat is, but in fact when it is deflated it is so small that it can even be folded into a small piece for easy cleaning, something you can't achieve with a traditional gymnastics mat. I often wonder how this would be washed if it was a traditional gymnastics mat. Secondly, as an inflatable mat, it is more flexible than a traditional gymnastics mat and its firmness can be automatically adjusted to suit our needs, which is great. Of course, the main reason is that children can do a lot of things on the air tumble track, which I'll share with you.

Learning to walk

In fact, I bought this inflatable gymnastic mat to keep my child from getting hurt when learning to walk, because even though I knew that my child would fall over when walking, I was still worried about him hitting his head. With the air tumble track, I have been able to learn to walk on the mat without any pain even if he falls, which has really eliminated my anxiety. Also, with such a huge air track, the child has a wide range of movement.
