Exercise method: Place two air track mats at the edge of the sandpit, students jump out of the first jump in a standing position, connect with the second jump in a straddle jump, then jump over the folded air track mat.
Teaching requirements: 8-10 reps/set, 3 sets of repetitions. Pay attention to the articulation of the second and third jumps, maintain body speed, pay attention to the height of the third jump and land with both feet in the sand pit.
