Is there some gas coming out of the bottom of the valve? This will allow the air track to slowly leak gas. If the air track continues to get soft quickly: re-inflate the unit. Spray the unit with some soapy water (mild liquid dish soap with water). Start at the valve area, then move to the seam, then Velcro (if applicable), and continue around the unit. If an area produces a continuous bubble, then that area is where the breakage occurred.
