What A Great Birthday Gift Mini Air Track! (Part 2)

In the last post we talked about how my mum gave me a mini air track for my birthday and I was thrilled because there are so many uses for it, which means it's very practical for me. I can take the mini air track with me when I travel and I can play games on the mat, rest, have picnics, take photos etc. Today, I will continue to share with you other uses for the mini air track.

Meditation

I am a big fan of meditation because I feel that I can think about a lot of things during meditation, such as what has been going on in my life recently, or if I have done something wrong recently. I can go to the beach, sit under a tree, sit on a cushion in the grass and meditate in comfort.

Swimming

One of the best activities in summer is swimming. With the mini air track, you can use it as a life preserver.
