Tumbling and Turning

Objective: To develop students' endurance running ability and cultivate their team spirit.
Method: AB two parallel lines are 15 meters apart, 10 folded small gymnastic mats are evenly placed on line A, 10 unfolded small gymnastic mats are evenly placed on line B. 10 players from team A stand on line A, 10 players from team B stand on line B. When the music starts, both teams run to each other's position, unfold or fold the other team's mats, then run back to their own side to return their air track mat to their original shape, and so on until the music stops, the game ends, and the number of mats folded or unfolded by the two AB teams will determine the winner.
Rules: Only one gym mat can be turned over at a time; when meeting the other team, follow the traffic rules of moving from the right.
Suggestions: Both teams should have an equal number of players, with a balanced ratio of males to females or athletic ability, and the number of mats should be the same as the number of players; at the end of the game, students should switch from running to marching in place for an adjustment break.

Objective: To develop students' jumping ability and to develop the ability to work together in pairs or multiples.
Method: Practitioners stand behind the starting line on a mat. At the start of the game, the two practitioners, straddling the same small gymnastic mat, march forward by jumping on both feet, with the first one to the finish line being the winner.
Rules: Practitioners carry the mat and jump with both feet.
