How to play: Place a small gymnastic mat in an inverted "V" shape on the ground, the distance between the front and back is about 0.5m; after the game starts, the first student in each group jumps over the small gymnastic mat in turn, reaches the end and then jumps back, high fives with peers, the second student jumps again and sets off, the later students proceed in turn, the first group to finish wins.

Suggestions: The vertical jump can be on both feet or one foot. Increase the distance between the small gymnastic mats as appropriate, and organise students to jump across in a fast run.

Kick the ball to be more accurate

Objective of the game: To improve students' control of the football and to increase their interest in football practice.

Game method: Stand the small gymnastic mat in an inverted "V" shape on the ground, in a scattered shape: after the game starts, each group of students will kick the football towards the small gymnastic mat in turn at the kicking point, the group that kicks all the small gymnastic mats down and kicks the ball less times wins.

Suggestions for the game: according to the level of students' kicking skills, the kicking distance can be reasonably regulated: a simple football can be formed with a small gymnastic mat. The goal is to organise students to practice kicking the ball.
