Do You Know About The Air Track Set? (Part 1)

When you think of gymnastics practice, you must think of the gymnasium because it has gymnastic mats and teachers who can teach you the various routines. It's true that the gym is a great place to train gymnastics. However, if you have basically learnt the basic gymnastics moves once and you just need to train at home next, then you are perfectly fine to train at home, don't you think?

However, many people would feel that if they want to train at home, perhaps a gymnastics mat would take up too much space. And there are many different types of gymnastic mats, different mats can be used for different movements in training, not a good solution to this problem. What is the air track set?

In the picture above we can see a rectangular mat, this is the air tumble track, usually between 3 and 10 metres long, 1 or 2 metres wide and usually 10 or 20 centimetres thick. Above this rectangular air tumble track there are several air track blogs, which are small pieces of air track mat.

In fact, an air track set usually consists of a number of different shaped mats together, usually including a rectangular air track, a small square air blog, a round air spot and a small cylindrical air troller. So, with all this in place, do you think you will still have a big problem working out at home?

Is the air track set suitable for use at home?

Many of you will be wondering what to do with the air track set as described above, as it should be quite large, and what if you don't have the space for it at home with the other mat shapes? In fact, you don't have to worry about this at all, as the air track set is inflatable. So, have you thought about it? When you're not using it, you can deflate it, fold it into a small piece and place it in a designated bag. Afterwards, you just need to find a place that can accommodate the bag. Isn't that handy?
