How to store the air track mat

After your air track mat has been folded correctly, you should be planning to store it in a specific location. the air track mat can easily be damaged when not in use, so storage is also important.
Firstly, we must wipe it down with a towel or dry cloth to remove dirt, as any dirt will eventually turn into mould.
Secondly, the storage location you choose should be away from direct sunlight as this can cause the material to lose its shape.
It is also best that you choose to be indoors, which minimises the effects of weather elements that could cause damage.
Then, choose a clear space and do not place other objects on or next to it, especially those that could puncture or tear the material.
Finally, the pump used to inflate the air track mat also needs to be stored in a safe place to avoid damage. Although the pump is easy to replace, buying a new one is an unnecessary expense.

Prepare a repair kit

Sometimes the air track mat will inevitably get punctured unintentionally. This is when we need to have a repair kit on hand. Of course, I hope you never need to use it. Just as a punctured bicycle tyre can be repaired, the air track mat can be repaired in a similar way. A repair kit usually includes some spare material and strong glue to put on small rips or tears. If you can't find where the air is leaking from, use water to see if there are any air bubbles.
However, if air starts to leak through the seam, this is almost impossible to repair. Once your air track mat reaches this point and becomes too soft, that means its mission is over.
