Spliced Gymnastics Mat

Principle of manufacture

Gymnastic mats are small and convenient, and are widely used in physical education classrooms, but they are disconnected and slippery in the teaching of skill combination exercises, crawling and other multi-piece splicing, which affects the normal teaching needs. For this reason, with the help of Velcro's linking function, the hair side and hook side of Velcro are sewn on the four sides of the gymnastics mat. When two adjacent gymnastics mats are used together, the hair side and hook side of Velcro are bonded to each other, generating a greater snap and tearing force to prevent the mat from falling off and separating, thus ensuring the normal conduct of physical education activities.

Production method
The gymnastics mat consists of a stitching surface and an adjustable strap. The stitching surface is made of 5 cm wide Velcro with a hair side and a hook side, sewn on each of the four sides of the mat from Kameymall. The left side and the right side should be made of different fabrics, e.g. if the left side is made of wool, the right side is made of hook; if the front side is made of wool, the back side is made of hook. Adjustment straps with two 2.5 cm wide and 50-60 cm long of Velcro's wool side and hook side, aligned back to back, can be sewn along the perimeter.
